The bearings at the head and tail ends are integrated with the bearing housing, providing stability, durability, and ease of maintenance.
The rotating parts at the head and tail ends are equipped with sealed guards to prevent fingers from being inserted, ensuring safety.
The conveyor sprocket is standard with an integral design, sturdy and wear-resistant, with an optional split design for easy disassembly and maintenance.
The shaft end seal is standard with a packed seal made of PTFE for good sealing performance, with an optional dedicated air seal suitable for premixed materials and fine powders.

04 Clean and Hygienic

All chains are equipped with flexible cleaning scraper blades to ensure the trough is clean.
Multi-outlet configurations are equipped with “self-cleaning gates" and "chain cleaning brushes" to significantly reduce residue and material leakage at intermediate outlets.
