  • A rotary regulator allows simple and convenient adjustment of feed flow across seven settings, ensuring balanced feed delivery without sudden changes in feed level, offering greater stability and reliability.
  • An adjustable control flap enables regulation of feed flow rate or complete shut-off of the feeder pan.
  • Seven wing plates at the bottom of the feed hopper prevent lateral flinging and spillage of feed when chickens peck, significantly reducing feed waste.
  • A shallow, gently sloped flat pan bottom ensures smooth feed flow and even feed distribution.
  • Four drainage holes in the pan base allow residual water to drain easily during cleaning.
  • The pan base and grating are secured together with a simple snap-fit connection, providing a firm attachment while facilitating easy maintenance and rinsing.
  • Feed Bins and Hoppers: Capacity customizable from 100L to 300L, made of galvanized steel.
  • Feeding System: Φ45 galvanized pipes, available in 3-meter lengths with either 3 or 4 holes; auger imported from South Africa.
  • Drive System: 0.75 kW motor.
  • Split-type Gear Motor: Imported DOL product, offering stable performance and high sensitivity.
